What acceptance means
A grievance is accepted by JagrukSetu when the required information has been received and a submission reference has been created. That reference provides a durable way to identify the report in later correspondence.
The application then preserves the report for routing and follow-up according to the verified coverage available for the selected issue and location.
What is checked
The issue description, complaint category, location evidence and any supporting media are checked for completeness and routing readiness.
- A clear issue type and description.
- A civic location that can be matched responsibly.
- Any evidence the resident chose to provide.
- An available, reviewed civic route for the area and issue.
What acceptance does not promise
JagrukSetu does not guarantee a particular response time, remedy or finding in favour of the reporter. Official action remains subject to the responsible authority’s lawful powers, procedures, resources and records.
Emergencies and protected matters
Do not use an ordinary civic grievance for an immediate threat to life, safety or property. Call 112 or use the appropriate official emergency channel. Sensitive categories may be handled through a protected route rather than ordinary civic delivery.
