Request account deletion
Send an email to admin@rusaka.com with the subject “Delete my JagrukSetu account”. Send it from the account email where possible and include the account mobile number only if needed to identify the account. Do not include a password or OTP.
Verification
Support verifies that the requester controls the account before deleting or restricting protected data. Additional verification is used only when reasonably necessary to prevent an unauthorised deletion.
What is deleted or retained
Applicable profile data, authentication access and private profile media are deleted or de-identified after verification. Active locality-alert and private saved-item associations are removed where the implementation permits.
Complaint, status, delivery, security and audit records may be retained or de-identified when required for civic-record integrity, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, safety or legal obligations. Public summaries never expose the reporter identity or exact location.
Other privacy requests
The same address accepts access, correction, waitlist-removal and other privacy requests. Contact admin@rusaka.com if the account email is no longer accessible so that an appropriate verification route can be agreed.
