For public authorities
Application invitations included with complaint emails explain where an authorised recipient can find the citizen application. Authorities should continue to use their authorised government workflow for official status updates and resolution records.
Use only verified listings
Install JagrukSetu only from the official destinations linked by this website or another verified JagrukSetu communication. Do not install packages received through unknown links, messages or file-sharing services.
Release availability
Android and iOS may become available independently, and operational civic coverage may vary by location. The release page will state those limitations clearly.
