VERIFIED AVAILABILITY

National reach depends on local verification

See what national ambition, local activation and unsupported coverage mean for residents.

City-by-city activation

JagrukSetu is designed for civic participation across India, but a national product identity is not proof that complaint delivery is active everywhere. Each operational area needs reviewed geographic, governance and delivery evidence.

What must be verified

An area is not represented as supported until its responsible local body, geographic scope, public issue availability and safe delivery path have been reviewed.

  • Current local-body identity and boundary evidence.
  • A reviewed intake or routing destination.
  • Issue types that the destination can responsibly receive.
  • Tests that reject ambiguous or unsupported locations.

When coverage is unavailable

The application should explain the limitation and avoid claiming delivery. Residents may still use verified statutory portals, helplines or emergency channels where those are published.

Current release status

The application and production coverage are pre-release. Verified city availability will be published here and inside official application listings rather than inferred from roadmap language.
