The product prioritizes privacy before publicity, local accuracy over broad claims, understandable records, verified authority information and honest release communication.
What JagrukSetu is not
It is not an emergency service, a replacement for statutory authority, a promise of a particular remedy, or a public database of every private complaint.
Long-term direction
The intended direction is national, multilingual and municipality-aware. Expansion remains evidence-led and does not silently activate unverified routes or contacts.
