Check that the issue is civic, current and safe to document. JagrukSetu is not an emergency service; immediate danger belongs with 112 or the appropriate official emergency channel.
- Choose the closest visible issue type.
- Describe what can be observed without speculation.
- Do not put yourself or another person at risk to collect evidence.
Create a credible record
The mobile application combines a category, description, current location and optional live evidence. The resident reviews the material before submission and remains in control of what is sent.
Resolve a verified civic path
The service is designed to identify an activated municipality or other reviewed civic scope from the issue and location. It does not ask residents to guess an office, ward, department or officer. If no responsible route can be verified, the product should say so clearly.
Keep the outcome understandable
A successful submission creates a reference. Later acknowledgements, transfers, status changes, official action, resolution evidence and permitted resident feedback remain connected to that record.
- A receipt confirms JagrukSetu accepted the report.
- It does not guarantee a government response or remedy.
- Government remains the lawful decision-maker.
