Routing is intended to use reviewed geographic and governance evidence so the citizen does not need to understand administrative structures. Coverage is activated only when the relevant information has passed review.
Tracking and accountability
Owner-private complaint history, status timelines, official messages, resolution evidence, feedback and reopening support a durable record without turning every report into public content.
Community and civic information
Separately reviewed public reports may appear in privacy-safe community views. Public office information is restricted to verified, public-safe destinations; internal recipients and private officer details stay protected.
