COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

Short answers about reporting, availability, privacy, languages, emergencies and the release waitlist.

Can I submit a complaint on this website?

No. This website explains JagrukSetu and its release. Citizen reporting, history and Community are mobile-application experiences.

Is JagrukSetu available everywhere?

No operational area is promised merely because the product is designed for India-wide use. Availability is activated and communicated only after local routing evidence is reviewed.

Does a report become public?

No. Owner-private reporting and reviewed public presentation are separate. Public summaries exclude exact locations, identities, original media and internal records.

What should I do in an emergency?

Do not wait for a civic complaint workflow. Call 112 or use the appropriate verified emergency service.

How will language selection work?

English remains the source and fallback language. A first visit may receive a conservative regional suggestion, but a visitor can choose any supported language and that choice takes priority on later visits.

What does the waitlist do?

It records explicit consent for focused Android and iOS release-availability notices. It does not create an account or make the submitted email public.
