What to include
Describe the issue, the device platform and the approximate time it occurred. For an account request, write from the account email when possible. Support may ask for limited additional verification before changing protected information.
Civic complaint follow-up
Use the complaint timeline and communication choices shown inside the application for ordinary follow-up. Public authorities may require their own official grievance channel, and JagrukSetu support cannot promise a government outcome.
Emergencies
JagrukSetu is not an emergency dispatch service. For immediate danger to life, safety or property in India, call 112 instead of waiting for application support.
